What to expect:

Food

Expect a thoughtfully curated menu that caters to various dietary needs and preferences, focusing on nutritious high protein, balanced meals that support overall health and well-being. All meals included (Friday: Snack, Dinner & Dessert. Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner & Dessert. Sunday: Breakfast) This is an alcohol and substance free weekend.  

Lodging

Comfortable, functional and creative lodging perfect for recharging and connection. All rooms are double occupancy. You may request your roommate.

Strength Training & Yoga Practices

Daily strength workouts tailored to all fitness levels. And daily yoga sessions designed to improve flexibility, strength and mental clarity.

Hiking & Rucking

We will be enjoying the amazing fall foliage while going on a hike in Hocking Hills.  Prepare to hike 3 miles. You can choose to ruck during our hike as well!

Cold plunge, sauna & hot tub experience

A cold water immersion experience that can help with recovery and inflammation reduction. Followed by the sauna to relieve stress and aid in recovery for your body and mind.

Meditation

Guided sessions aimed at enhancing mental clarity, reducing stress, and promoting mindfulness.

Connection and Quiet

Opportunities for social interaction with like-minded individuals as well as time for solitude to reflect and rejuvenate.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival Friday at 12pm. Departure Sunday at 10am.
